What we do

How we work
Inspection first
We don't arrive and spray. Every job starts with finding out what the pest is, where it's living, how it's getting in and what's feeding it. Most pest problems have a cause you can see once you know where to look: a gap under the eaves, a leaking pipe, a compost heap against a wall, a cupboard nobody has opened in months.
The right treatment for the pest
Different pests need different methods. Gel baits clear German cockroaches far better than sprays. Ant baits reach the nest that a spray on the trail never touches. Rodents are baited in lockable, tamper-resistant stations that children and pets can't open. Termites are treated through the soil, not the furniture. We use registered products, applied by trained technicians.
Advice that keeps them out
A treatment works best when the cause is dealt with too. After every job we show you what to change: the gaps to seal, the branches to cut back, the habits that invite pests back. Sometimes the honest answer is that you can handle a small problem yourself, and we'll tell you that.
Follow-up and our guarantee
Some pests need more than one visit, and we plan for that. On top of follow-ups, general treatments carry a 3-month guarantee: if the treated pest comes back within three months, we come back. Termite treatments carry a 5-year guarantee and come with a treatment certificate.

Safe for your home
For normal insect treatments you don't need to leave home. Our treatments are odourless and won't stain. Keep children and pets off treated surfaces until they're dry. Gas fumigation is the exception: the sealed area must stay empty until it's cleared, and we'll explain exactly what that involves before we start.

Restaurants, food producers, offices and warehouses can have a scheduled monitoring contract with regular visits and a written record of every service, which is what health inspections and audits look for. We work around your trading hours.
